JOB TITLE: Part-Time Administrator

LOCATION: Faversham, Kent

SALARY: £12ph to £13ph

TERM: Temporary 9 month contract

HOURS: 16hrs a week | 9am to 1pm (could be flexible)

Are you available immediately and looking for part-time Administration work? Office Angels are proud to be supporting this successful company based in Faversham in recruiting an Administrator to join this small and friendly team. This is initially a 9 month maternity cover, however there could be permanent opportunities on offer for the right candidate. Working hours are 16hrs a week, 9am to 1pm, however this could be flexible to work around childcare/school run.

The key duties in your new role would be:

Supporting the administration team with a variety of tasks Processing customers orders Preparing orders for dispatch, including packaging/labelling Arranging couriers for UK and International shipments Completing export/custom paperwork (training provided) Placing orders with suppliers Answering calls to the office Other adhoc admin task as requiredWe'd love to speak to candidates who:
